Recently, Pengjie Wear-Resistant and a Kazakh company successfully completed cooperation on the chain plate procurement project. A batch of high-quality chain plate products have been successfully delivered to customers. This cooperation marks a new starting point for friendly cooperation between the two parties.
In the early stage of cooperation, Kazakhstan customers put forward strict requirements on the performance and specifications of the chain plates. Pengjie Wear-Resistant has conducted multiple rounds of in-depth communication with customers to understand their actual usage scenarios and technical requirements in detail, and tailor solutions for customers. During the production process, the foundry uses advanced casting technology and selected raw materials to ensure that each chain plate has excellent wear resistance, high strength and fatigue resistance. At the same time, there are strict quality inspection systems and inspection equipment to control all aspects of production to ensure that product quality meets international standards.
At present, the first batch of 15 tons of customized chain plate products has been delivered on time. After acceptance, the customer was very satisfied with the product quality and met its industrial production needs. This successful cooperation not only deepened the trust between the two parties, but also became a contribution to the practice of the "Belt and Road".
